basic crumble

Please help!

I have the fruit cooked and just need to add a crumble topping, but can't find the recipe anywhere, what quantities will i need and of what for a large crumble?

Crumle mixture keeps well in the fridge for a few days - so a good excuse to have another one if you don't use it all!

I made cumble today and did 200g of flour, 100g butter and 100g of caster sugar - worked fine too.

Crumble update:

Perfect!!

Lovemyshoes I used your recipe and added a bit of cinnamon and it was just the right amount and i even have some apple crumble left over for my pudding today

Good, glad it was of some use. I also like apple crumble with raisins in and SOMETIMES put some oats in the crumble to make it crispy.
