DS has ASD and at the moment has a very restricted diet with consists of fruit, fruit puree pots,toffee yoghurts (sometimes) and Frutus bites which are basically fruit puree and fruit juice. He is only a Toddler and so I am really worried about what he is missing out on, one main thing seems Protien.
He likes Strawberries and Blueberries, he has started to eat Mango and will eat a few bits of Banana.
Is there much protien in those, and if not, is there any other fruit I can try which does have some in it?
TIA - I am really stressed about his diet and I am at the stage where I will try anything
