I think it's that drinking chocolate has sugar added?

Tinker · 07/07/2009 15:28

There's sugar added to hot chocolate powder

TigerFeet · 07/07/2009 15:28

drinking chocolate has milk powder, sugar and probably a load of other stuff added to it

Tinker · 07/07/2009 15:29

Cocoa is posher but I couldn't drink it without sugar.

OldLadyKnowsNothing · 07/07/2009 15:29

Cocoa powder has more cocoa content - drinking chocolate has added sugar, and often powdered milk. As for "posher", that depends on who's drinking it.

buttercreamfrosting · 07/07/2009 15:29

definitely cocoa

TigerFeet · 07/07/2009 15:30

I would say cocoa is posher

We have drinking chocolate in our house

belgo · 07/07/2009 15:30

So that's why I needed to add two spoonfuls of sugar to my cup of cocoa.

There's something on the label that says add potassium carbonate to make it taste better, what on earth is that?
