for childs packed lunch at school becase of fat should you not give cheese sandwiches everyday, and if yo do should you not give yogurt too, is it bad to have yogurt nd cheese every day

other than natural yogurt which won't be eaten am finding it hard to find organic yougurt tahts low fat

so full fat yougurt plus cheese sandwich with 2 pieces fruit and water ok or not? will not drink milk, since stopping breastfeeding dairy has been only source of milk

Sounds alrightto me.
Too much fat IMHO is only a problem if with an unbalanced diet in an overweight child

she doesnt have chocolate, biscuits or crisps very often normally when someone else gives them her

So two or three dairy servings a day sounds fine to me too. Children need some fat in their diet, IMO.

Your child doesn't need a low fat yoghurt. Full fat is better. Especially as low fat ones often have more sugar in them.

It looks good to me! One thing you will find is that children often seem to like having the same thing every day, so if this is what your DC likes, then let him/her have it.

Would just say ..hopefully the school is not recommending low fat anything? Low fat stuff is always often full of sugar or even worse sweeteners.

Cheese is quite salty. I wouldn't worry about the fat content, but I do worry about the salt - dd has a cheese sandwich every day at school, and refuses to eat anything else. On the other hand, I've cut down her salt intake elsewhere, so I'm sure it's fine.

o good, i must admit i never really thought about fat but have always been strict about salt and sugar, well saying that ads you say cheese can be quite salty but when i was thinking how lunches are always the same i looked online fo lunchbox ideas and found government and health websites saying about cheese being high in fat and knowing how everyone worries about fat in childrens diet, and are obsessed with childhood obesity it made me wonder and how when a child was 2 you should switch to semi skimmed milk rather than low fat

i personlaly also think sugar worse than fat as sugar also associated with candida, dental problems, can lower immnity, etc

Children are meant to have a higher fat diet than adults.

If you're that worried you can vary the cheese, harder cheeses generally as a rule contain more fat than softer cheeses. DS has cream cheese in his sandwitch every single day but I always buy him full fat yoghurt.

Full stops would make yor posts easier to read

ok no worries, your last port was just quite hard to read.

How about just leaving more spaces? Not that it matters if you don't write much.
