Just wondered if anyone out there is a nutritionist or has seen one in the past. I recently saw one who, using kinesiology, told me I had intolerance to wheat and dairy and put me on tonnes of supplements at great expense! But I'm very sceptical. I haven't cut anything out but have cut down on wheat and dairy and started using oat milk and gluten free stuff. But (and sorry if tmi) I'm constipated and can't see any real benefits of this. Has anybody else had experience of this kind of thing
