I'm pregnant at the moment so not on WW but when I was I used to have a mushroom curry that was 0.5 points. Its delicious also sainsburys Easy cook brown rice is about 1 point, Popadums and mango chutney are really low aswell.

Good luck. As soon as Baby number two is born I'm going to join again as it really worked for me. I also found the forum on the WW website was brilliant.

Good low point curry I make - with the rice (typical portion of 60g is 3 points) it makes dinner about 5-6 points total.

Spray pan with fry spray - saute onion, butternut squash, sweet potato (approx 300g - 4pts), chopped carrots. Cook for few mins, then add 100g red lentils (4.5 pts), 4/6 tsp curry paste (depending how strong you like it - 1/2 pt per spoonful), cook for minute and add tin chickpeas (drained 3.5pts), 2 tins tomatoes and another can full of water. Bring to boil, simmer til veg cooked.
You can add any 0 point veg you like, or leave out the lentils or chickpeas (although these make it more filling for low points) - great if you add spinach, mushrooms, peppers etc, and add chilli if you like it hotter (according to taste).

This quantity usually makes between 6 & 8 portions.
