Bulk cooking for the first time using jars and crap that are left in cupboard HELP!!!

So have got a job working Mon-Friday until 7pm, DP works until 4.30 so we will cross paths to pass over DS, I don't want him and DS getting into the habit of eating crap for dinner because it's quick well any worse than they are at the mo, very fussy no veg, fish etc so PITA.

Basically I am going to clear out and make the jars that I have left today so I don't have to spend all day everyday cooking before work.

I have a jar of chilli sauce, tin of chicken tikka masala sauce, a jar of spicy tomato sauce and I have a whole load of mince, meatballs and chicken.

Would it be okay to make and freeze?

1.Chili with jar and mince
2.Frozen chicken breasts and tikka jar
3.Beef meatballs with spicy tomato jar
4.Mince with gravy and onions etc

I know it's a lot of meat but as I say very fussy so anything they will eat is a bonus! And I don't normally use so many jars etc it's just because am trying to use stuff that's been sitting there for ages.

Oh and I have some tuperware but the lids have gone missing somehow would it be okay to put stuff in the tubs and cover with clingfilm instead?

Soory for being a halfwit and thank you in advance

I would freeze it, but then again I freeze everything that we either won't use straight away so it doesn't get wasted. Or any leftovers for the same reason (even if it's from a jar/packet), but maybe I'm just tight! We have 'freezer surprise' nights sometimes . . . end up with interesting combinations

I would think that it means dont freeze the jar? (of course if you loosened the lid you could, but that is not what you are asking )
Of course you could cook a chilli with it and then freeze it.

thanks ladies, bit of a newbie to the whole cooking in advance thing. Trying to save a bt of money too if I freeze it in portions DP can't over indulge and then bin half of it LOL.

good thinking mamadiva! My oh doesn't notice smaller portions (if really skint) if I freeze them, just assumes the pot/tub is same size so therefore portion must be same as usual
