how much lamb do I need?

We have 11 for Easter lunch on Sunday. Am I right in thinking that one leg of lamb won't be enough? Any ideas how much I should calculate per person?
Thanks

Hi, I have absolutely no idea about calculations per person, but one whole leg will do about 9 really greedy people and it will stretch to 11 easily if you are a good carver of meat and have a really sharp knife.(some of the carved meat will be the shank, and it is a good idea to ask beforehand if anyone has a liking for this cut). Also, if you do loads of yummy veg and ask everyone to save space for pudding, even the greedy ones will be happy. A whole leg of lamb isn't cheap, and I know how far it will stretch because we had one last Sunday. Roasted, it fed 5, then chopped into bits and casseroled, it fed 5 again. Cooks' perks - I ate the equivalent of about 3 (big) portions just because I wanted to and there were no witnesses. Good luck with the Easter lunch

Is it a whole leg (more than 2k)?

I have read that you need at least 200g lean meat per person.

But filling them with veg and pudding is good too!

Last time we did lamb there were 8 of us - I didn't think one would be enough and bought two and the second was completely untouched! For 11 though I would probably do a second leg though, but there should be plenty of leftovers.

Well - for future reference...
We bought two, at 1.8kg each. (Half price at Sainsburys so cost about £7.50 each) Fed 11 for lunch, sandwiches in evening for two, then more sandwiches for 7 the next day (fantastic with lime pickle).
