Don't freeze it cooked - divide it into 250 g portions and freeze it uncooked.

However I have some recipes if you really want to cook it first.

I dont cook and freeze it, I just split it into smaller pieces and freeze, defrost when needed

I normally freeze it raw (i freeze all our meat really) but it takes to long to defrost so i rarely use it

I wanted to cook it tonight and then defrost and have a pasta dish sorted quickly

I grab a bag out to defrost in the morning, and cook it when I get home.
You have to cook anyway, and mince is really quick to cook.
I would either freeze raw or cook spag bol etc and freeze like that.

aha, this was the kind of thing but will it work with lamb instead of beef (ill skip the burger bit i think)
