just wondering if anyone knows if it's alright to give six month olds greek yoghurt. i've given her one petit fois(not sure if that's spelt right) but they have loads of sugar and are low fat, which i'm not keen on.

We buy Rachel's live (Bio) Greek yogurt in the big (adult size) pots. It's high fat, unsweetened, and has live cultures in it to help digestion. My babies loved it. To be honest, what you've bought sounds like junk food..

My dd loves greek yoghurt with any type of fruit puree mixed in with it. Its quite a good way of getting her to be more adventurous with different fruits....

The only thing to be aware of with greek yoghurt is that some brands can contain peanut traces, and you should avoid any with honey until after 12 months.
