is it normally about £2.25 a pot? & does the little pot go far?

That's how much the lady I asked on the market charges but it seemed a bit steep for the size of the pot, unless it goes a long way

Thanks

i paid something like that for a teeny pot at xmas, made 6 dozen biscuits, maybe more, and that used less than 1/4 of a pot. it does go a very long way (and all over your kitchen if you're not careful ) obv depends how you're using it - if you're putting it into an icing or something you need to use more, i was just dusting over the top.

It goes a long way - you only need a very delicate sprinkle.

Way too much TMI, I know, but it seems to survive the entire digestive process without losing its sparkle, as well

lol, thanks, I'll invest in some in that case. Way tmi about it survivng the digestive process, but made me giggle!

We had some at Xmas but I (or rather the DC) didn't notice the "after-effects", and believe me DS, being a poo obsessed 4 yo, would have been looking really closely.

michelleandkids · 15/02/2009 10:53

I would say that's about an average price for some. I've used it in the past on cakes etc and it truly does go a long way

lmao Norbert ...I hope I don't have that to come while I'm potty training our lo
