frozen salmon en croute - safe to eat?

in a bout of unusual kitchen creativity, about a month ago we made salmon en croute and froze the remains.

would it be ok to eat a month on?

also, there's a salmon fillet in the freezer from before christmas...is that ok to eat do you reckon?

all thoughts appreciated

don't worry, we won't sue if we get salmonella.

by the way, while i think about it, is salmonella related in anyway to salmon?

You'll be fine

As for the salmonella only if your salmon was eating a dodgy chicken

ha ha...thanks.

so why isn't it called chickenella?!

because it was named after a Doctor Salmon,.

and it isn't only found in chicken

I would suggest you defrost/cook it first, else it might be too solid to eat...
