Not eaten for 3 days!

My 2 year old has had a tummy bug and not eaten anything and kept it down for 3 days. She is now refusing to even have a bite of dry cracker or toast. She keeps asking for things then not wanting them (kept a few grapes down until she had half a slice of toast yesterday and it all came back up). All she's having is chamomile and fennel baby tea. Any suggestions as to what she should be able to keep down that doesn't involve any dairy products? Getting a bit worried now as her energy levels are so low and she seems totally disinterested in food

Have you given her the re hydration sachets at all? as she'll need those to keep her fluid levels in check and fight the bug off.

Am in Spain and it's not something they sell here, have cartons of a rehydration fluid with probiotics in the straw, nice strawberry flavour that she seems to like. I have a medicine for her that is supposed to settle her tummy. Seems to work but can't get her to eat! Now (as of about an hour ago) have a 6 month old projectile vomiting aswell! It can only get better I suppose . If she's not better tomorrow will take her to the paediatrician as son has 6 month check up due.

Are you breastfeeding her or another baby at all? If you are breastmilk is supposed to be great to give at times like this...

Am giving son 2 breast and 4 bottle feeds a day, sicked up the last bottle so could try just breast for the evening but have very low supply with him (hence formula aswell). DD was breastfed til 10 months as I had LOADS of milk but DS has had bottles since 2 1/2 months. I may not have enough for him and have to resort to bottle for night feed Hopefully tomorrow will be better!?

You will never run out of breastmilk, the more you feed the more you make I asked because if it was possible, if you could express some and give to your DD, even if they are then sick they have absorbed alot of nutrients
