Yesterday I made turkey stock (which will count as cooking the liquid) and tonight I'm going to use it in a stew (which will count as reheating it once). All well and good so far. BUT - can I reheat the stew once more? The stew itself will only have been cooked once and reheated once if I do that, but the stock that went into the stew will have been reheated twice. Do we worry about reheating stock more than once?
