Does anybody else seem to have a fridge full of barely used jars

One shelf of a rather small fridge always is full of jars - Branston pickle, thai curry paste, easy chilli, easy ginger, pesto etc... Do they all really have to be in the fridge I wonder. I never seem to get through them by the time on the jar, but unless they are growing (pesto grows the fastest) I keep using them.

How cold does a larder have to be, I have an unheated room so maybe I could leave them out there in the winter? I could do with more fridge space for the winter.

One of the tubs of curry paste could do enough curry for 4 for about 6 months.

Yup.

Redcurrant jelly, mango chutney, mango pickle, horseradish sauce, Branston, etc, etc.

I bought a bigger fridge

There's no way round it.

I don't keep pickels in teh fridge. Apart from pesto, I don't buy the other things. Do you need all those things in jars? You could trim you r weekly shopping bill so easily

we have pesto, red pesto, tomato puree, onion marmalade, normal marmalade, jam, passata, beetroot.

I keep nearly all those thing sin teh cupboard too. I don;t think it matters if they're not in the friedge. Look at me.
