One layer of sponge not quite cooked - disaster?

I'm making a chocolate fudge cake with two layers. I was planning to wrap each layer in cling film and freeze them and then defrost for icing when I need them next week. Just baked the two layers and although one is fine, I suspect the other is not quite cooked - is a bit floppy when I lift up one side if you see what I mean, and a think layer of it stuck to the bottom of the tin (which I've stuck back on). Very annoying as it was springy to touch and a skewer came out clean when checking in the oven.

So, do you think it will be ok, or should I bake another layer?

Sigh.

it wil be fine

choc cake never matters if a bit under done as it is just moister and fudgier

sponge is harder to get away with
