Most restaurants will allow kids in - its more about picking somewhere you will feel comfortable taking her. We've taken DS to a few restaurants (easier when a baby, less so as toddler) - nice gastropubs are always a good bet with children (as the noise of kids fades into background). Particularly like the Engineer in Primrose Hill - you could also try the new Gordon Ramsey owned pub over in Maida Vale (had drink there with DS outside but not eaten there yet).

Take a look at squaremeal.com and londoneating.co-uk - should say which restaurants are good for child friendly meals.

Aim for the more family areas rather than central london. Chiswick has some great restaurants and small children are almost compulsory .

Sam's brasserie is fab for children and the food is good.
www.samsbrasserie.co.uk/ or there's a whole host of gastropubs including The Devonshire (which has just been taken over by Gordon Ramsey)

DD ate a la carte at J Sheekey at that age - god bless BLW. Also staff at Babylon at Kensington Roof Gardens were very accomodating by the time she was a snotty toddler. And The Wolesley is good too.
