It is just dd and me and now it is winter I feel I need some healthy but solid food ideas for me and dd.
She eats large portions but only afew different meals. Favouirtes are:
pasta and veg
chicken, potatoes and beans
potatoes, veg and fish fingers (without batter)
I do not eat chicken or fish so I am always cooking two different meals for us. Today I have made a potatoe, bean and spinch pie from annable kemples recip book.
What meals are easy to cook and healthy hat dd is likly to eat? Also she will not eat rice which I love....
