Bung it in a casserole!

TheArmadillo · 08/09/2008 11:33

if just want to reheat a joint I would do it in stock - pour it over and reheat it oven. Then rather than drying out it should absorb the stock.

Why not eat it cold?

Add to stock or gravy

or reuse it as stew, casserole, soup, chilli, pie.

GrimmaTheNome · 08/09/2008 11:34

Don't. It will alter the flavour. Just serve cold with hot veg and gravy on warmed plates.

AMumInScotland · 08/09/2008 11:34

I mostly have it cold, either with bread & chutney, or else with bubble & squeak if there's plenty of other leftovers.

But otherwise, some sort of sauce!

Carmenere · 08/09/2008 11:34

Stir-fry or casserole or curry.

GrimmaTheNome · 08/09/2008 11:35
