I would and do. Infact made one this morning early on, then reheated it at lunch time for DD, her friend and my godson. Do it often and has always been fine. I always make sure I reheat it s it is really hot and fully cooked trhough.
Have a meat and a veggie chilli on the hob at the moment too, also made this morning. They are for tomorrow evening. They will go in the fridge in a bit as being kept overnight.
