Can anyone recommend a simple Indian Cookbook?

Thought I might as well learn to cook whilst I'm on maternity leave....that is, if ds gives me a chance!

Ohh I love Manju Malhi - Brit Spice

I quite like Anjum Anand, either Indian Every Day (which I own) or Indian Food Made Easy (which I don't own but have heard good things about).

My favourite Indian cookbook is Madhur Jaffrey's Indian Cookery, I've used it for lots of recipes. Halve the amount of garlic that she recommends though, unless you really love garlic.

A third recommendation for Anjum Anand from me. Sooo tasty and v easy. We normally have a couple of recipes a week. DD loves making naan too!
