rasmalai is really easy to make but i cant remeber the exact mix - can anyone give me the recipe, or post Rasmalai on the recipe page. From scratch please x

thanks, seen that one- but im not clear on the white for the flat balls. Does anyone know the name of the full cream milk powder used in indian desserts? I enquired in my local asain deli but they tried to sell me a ready packet mix and said they didnt know of anything else. i remenber buying it in London years ago but cant get it locally. Know what its called anyone???

hi, i use nido powder milk. can get it at most asian food stores.

It's called 'mawa' (well thats how we say it, it's very sweet and should be in the fridge section withe the paneer and cream and stuff comes in packets like butter I think but is white.

actually I'm prolly wrong for the sort of rasmalai you want to make, and I use paneer to make the actual rasmalai balls

oh dear, recipe hasn't come out - it seems to be condensed milk, rosewater, cream and pistachios...
