Healthy breakfast

Want to start eating a healthy breakfast but struggling as both eggs and milk disagree with my stomach and I cant stand texture of things like porridge. Wondering if anyone has any ideas of healthy breakfast that don't include those things? Also don't like plant based milks either..

Ive been eating the Kallo veggie cakes, they're not made with corn, but with lentil or chickpea flour (I forget which one) so they're a bit higher in protein with more nutrition. They come in flavours.

Most days I have smokey tempeh or almond and sesame tofu for breakfast. Just quickly fried off in a dry pan. Sounds boring but I like the taste, it's quick and easy, and gives more protein than eggs. I follow it up with a handful of raspberries for fibre.

The trendy classic - toasted sourdough with mashed avocado

Wholemeal bread toasted with fresh grilled tomatoes

Smoked salmon on a seedy bagel

Protein-dense: smoked salmon, sliced avocado, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms but no carbs

I often have wholemeal toast with marmite (good for Vitamin B) then a banana or some berries.

Freshly squeezed carrot apple and ginger juice

Banana and strawberry smoothie

Alpro (non dairy) yoghurt with fresh blueberries and raspberries. You could stir in some vanilla protein powder if you need it, with chopped walnuts on top.
