What can I do with borage and/or chamomile?

My BIL is a keen gardener and has brought me a chamomile plant and a borage plant. All I know is that you can put borage flowers in Pimms and that you can make tea from chamomile (though I wouldn't know where to start). Does anyone know anything else I can do with either of these?

Borage flowers are fancy in ice cubes and also just scattered in a salad to be beautiful!

Ooh, love the ice cube idea, thanks!

You can eat the borage leaves too! They look a bit hairy, but they don't feel like that in your mouth - very nice in sandwiches - bit like cucumber, nice with cream cheese. (Borage is meant to have magical properties. Apparantly!)
I've only ever made chamomile tea with my plants - pick the white flowers and dry them, they last for ages. It's a good ground cover plant though and useful for areas you can't be bothered to weed too often...

Thanks Jenpet. I hate weeding, so sounds like a winner!
