Hello, I did start a thread for this but the title wasn't clear about the content so wondered if it had something to do with it disappearing off the active convos so quick.
Anyway, what does everyone out there feed a 10/11m old baby for lunch/dinner?
Someone told me to do hotdogs with pasta. What are your thoughts?

Eggy bread, toast, is good if in to finger foods.
If still having pureed, rissotto, cottage pie, cheesey pasta - anything really whizzed up

Thanx sneek, all sounds good. I know how to make a basic cheese sause so will give the pasta a try. He good being spoon fed and ok with finger, he just gets lazy and frustrated so I give in too easy.

Anything we have I just mush up or puree.
Roast chicken and gravy, beef stew......and then freeze in ice cubes and then get out whenever I need them.
It seems like a lot of work at the time, but they last ages

Yeah, I used to cook up aload of stuff and then freeze it all, but he stopped eating home cooked, so I'd buy all this food, cook it, freeze it, offer it to him at meal times and he wouldn't eat it so I'd end up giving him a jar. It just got so expensive I decided to just stop cooking and give him what I knew he'd eat, but it's now time to go bck I think.
