How to determine cals in a flatbread recipe?

More curious than concerned about the amount in each piece, yet can't suss out a way to calculate it.

I use 150g wholemeal spelt flour and 150g white bread flour mixed together.
Then add 1tsp baking powder, water, 1tsp salt and 3tbs of EVOO.

I then make 6 or 7 smallish flatbreads out of the dough.

Any ideas, or is it not worth bothering?
They measure around 6 inches rough diameter.

You lookup the cals in each ingredient then multiply to match recipe. So if the value is per 100g then multiply by 1.5 to get value in 150g. Wouldn’t worry about the baking powder / salt. Olive oil usually give per tblsp so multiply by 3.

Add all the values together gives total per batch.

Then divide by number of flatbreads.

Chat gpt is great at this if you find the maths tricky.

So!

I found (very roughly!) that my flour total came to around 700cals.
My EVOO around 350 to 400 cals.
So I rounded it to about 1100 cals for the lot.
Divided by six to eight flatbreads was maybe 137 cals.

This is very rough but since I put more oil in the pan when heating it, god help me!

Useful to know in case I start increasing at the waist.
