I am big fan of making extra/batch cooking so we have quick and easy portions for the freezer. I usually use left over take away or soup pots for this. But, I find that 1- after a while they get quite flimsy 2- I always seem to have the wrong bloody lids 3- they never stack right and waste freezer space and 4- I would really like to move away from using plastic.
What do other people use?
