Gluten, dairy and soya free party food

I'm hosting NYE and thinking of a buffet.

I am catering for 4 adults (one gluten free), one child with a dairy and soy allergy and 3 other children with no allergies.

Any ideas?

Most sausages are GF these days, certainly the finest type ranges, so you can get sausages/cocktail sausages to have plain or in some kind of maple or cranberry glaze. Just watch for soy in ingredients, and if you are using soy sauce in a glaze it’s not normally gf
Cheese (not for DF guest obviously)
smoked Salmon
roast sliced ham and/or beef
salads - no couscous for the GF person
jacket potatoes

it might feel a bit plain/boring but with food allergies, food as close to its origins ie not in a sauce/mixed with other stuff makes me feel safe

if you want to order a lovely dessert, this lady’s gf vegan cheesecake is amazing and you could add berries or a toffee sauce

I've not had the savouries but she has gf,df and soy free options https://creamberryartisan.com/product-category/fresh-baked/

Are any vegetarian? I would make a large chilli (gf, dairy free, soy free), baked potatoes (suitable for all) then extra toppings, salad etc. gf tortilla chips, guacamole. If the kids won’t eat chilli, get sausages that are free of the relevant allergens and baked beans potentially.

Potato salad with mayo. Chicken wings coated in something. Ribs of some sort. Mexican or Middle Eastern theme of a hot dish with carb and sides.

For dessert, slow cooker rice pudding with rice milk works really well.

You will just have to do a few different things and mark which one has gluten, which has dairy and which has soy. That way you’ll have choices and a cohesive spread of things everyone can enjoy bar one or two things. Ask the parent of the child in question for ideas of what the child likes.
