Mold for chocolate cookies

My daughter is going to be making a ton of cookies for various fundraising things. She’s greats but the cookies don’t always come out very even. I’ve heard there are some silicon molds she could use, are they any good?

Also, she needs to make the tough a couple of days in advance as it’s reallly big quantities every time. Any tips for organising herself and making sure the cookies have a good texture? Thanks!

If you place a glass over the cookie whilst its still warm and spin the glass it will mould the cookie?? Hope that makes sense....

I never use a mould for cookies
For a large mount make a load of dough and use cling film to make a couple of big rolls and pop in the fridge or freezer depending on how long you need to keep it for.
Then just slice it into the same size pieces and bake

A ring mould or pastry cutter would work too, like the glass technique @shellyleppard described.

But yes, making the dough in advance and wrapping a 'log' in cling film in the fridge would also work. Cutting the dough with dental floss bizarrely works better than a knife to get the shape more uniform.
