I love plain, full fact Greek yoghurt. Although it's high in fat compared to other yoghurt, it's low for what (to me) feels like a luxury desert.
I don't need to lose weight but I am trying to be a bit more healthy and I know I am better in myself when I cut out refined sugar and too much bread.
So, now I am having yoghurt when I might previously have reached for toast or a sugary snack. Sometimes on it's own, or with fruit or nuts.
Can you overdose on yoghurt?
