What recipe made me buy jarred roasted red peppers?

I saw a recipe that I wanted to try; it probably had beans of some sort in it and I think maybe feta cheese. It definitely had roasted red peppers in it and I bought a jar of them.

I now can’t find the recipe!

Any ideas please?

TIA

Have you been watching Jamie Oliver's Eat yourelf Healthy? There was definitely a recipe with jarred peppers in one of the early episodes. And it could have been beans as well.

We eat a lot of fresh peppers but i have a jar in the cupboard because they are super useful. My last jar I still have sitting on the side, sans peppers, because the olive oil is so beauitfully flavoured. It's been used in dressings etc for the last couple of weeks.

Following with interest - I also have a jar of peppers but can't remember what they were for either!

I always have a jar in the cupboard and use loads.
A quick sauce for pasta - whizz up peppers with a tub of soft cheese or marscapone and season with whatever you like.

It might be a little boring (and obvious) but I have just had a lunch out and we had sourdough pizzas with spinach, garlic mushrooms, jarred red peppers, onions and black olives. It was pretty good. Another friend had a halloumi burger with red peppers and onion jam.

Pasta bake with roasted red peppers, gorgonzola & cannelini beans? From the green roasting tin.

Romesco sauce or blend with cooked white beans, garlic and olive oil to make a dip.
