I know ds should be eating the kind of meals I make for dh and myself but he's an awkward sod so I need more "child friendly" recipes

I have the one by Jeanette Orrey and that is quite good - HERE.

I personally find some of the food a bit bland so I perk it up with a bit of seasoning/mild spices.

I bought it after reviews on here and quite frankly think it is pants. I will sell you mine if you want, we won't be using it - tis mostly full of desserts

I don't care what anyone says, AK's Favourite family recipe book has done me proud - but you have to cook in bulk and freeze as some recipes are time consuming.

might try the JEanette Orrey one hten. He likes casseroles and such like which is food I would never choose to eat. Can't get him to eat potato or veg unless they are in a casserole or shepherd's pie too so am looking ofr more recipes

Jeanette Orrey one is brilliant ,the Norah one is aimed at LO's so not very good IMO for grown up's .

The sausage casserole is really good in the Jeanette Orrey one even my fussy two year old devours it. Plus it has a really interesting chapter about how she got into cooking .

Sorry it was the Jeanette Orrey one I was on about - it is RUBBISH, what is wrong with you people?

50% of the book isn't recipes, and 45% is desserts, the remaining meals aren't exactly exciting.
