Has anyone used the mob recipe app and is it any good?
It is 34.99 and trying to gauge if it is worth it.
I already have good food but not finding it great.

Any other recipe app recommendations also welcome

Following for interest

Never heard of this so just looked it up. I hope that wasnt your intention OP...

Anwyay, Im always suspicious of sites where its something you would sign up to but there is no information about the process or costs or what is free or what isnt. You have to continue into the site to do this presumably.

I think a lot of people are using AI to meal plan, Im surprised a site like this would be of benefit to anyone.

I'm not sure how to use AI. I am also not good left to my own devices, I like a recipe tp follow.
I have cookbooks but it's such clutter for a few good recipes in each so the app system really good for me. Just getting bored with the good food.

I have tried and enjoyed one or two of their recipes but wouldn't dream of paying for the app. Way too tight!
I like BBC Good Food for recipe ideas, the ratings system and comments really help work out which are worth a go.

My sister pays for the subscription and is very happy with it.

I think they have some brilliant ideas - particularly for healthy recipes and batch-lunches, but I, personally, wouldn't pay for the subscription.

I follow Mob on Instagram, where they post pictures and videos of dishes but you have to subscribe to get the actual recipe. I probably shouldn't say this but I find that in around 80% of cases, I can figure out what is going on and therefore make a pretty good approximation of the dish. For me, it's often just about getting the initial inspiration and then taking it from there.

No need to pay for Good Food, just go to their website. Having said that, I've had some disasters with them so don't use them.
However, the real Beeb BBC Food - Recipes and inspiration from your favourite BBC programmes and chefs is much better. Not just recipes, but food tips, how-to do things, etc

I do pay for Mob and really like it - I am vegan and find there to be more interesting recipes on there than perhaps you find on Good Food.
Their batch-cook recipes (whereby you cook a base and then can serve it in three/four different ways) are also excellent.

I will add that I think the app itself is not as user-friendly as it could be - but on balance it’s worth it for me.
