frozen yoghurt lollies

I have some yeo valley yoghurt in those tubes that kids are supposed to love. Well they are not going down too well in liquid form and I remember reading a recipe soemwhere for frozen yoghurt lollies...but heavens knows where it is. Does anyone know the details of a frozen yoghurt lolly recipe? Has anyone frozen it in the tube packets?

I always freeze the yeo valley yogurt tubes. Otherwise just pop some fruit yogurt in one of those plastic ice lolly moulds?

I've never frozen yog in a tube... prob ok so long as it doesn't burst. You can just freeze yogurt in a lolly mould. No recipe required!

Having jyst read this thread have mixed up some pureed blackberries into some yog & put it in a little pot with a spoon sticking out the top & put in freezer.....I don't have a lolly mould. Do you think it'll work & how long before DS can eat it do you reckon!?!

Yes Chocolateshoes, that will work too, I used to do that with Petit Filou pots. Don't know how long it will take to freeze completely though!

Thanks....it wasn't quite set at teatime at 5 so he can have it for lunch tomorrow. Hope he likes it....it could open up a whole new avenue of foods!!

I freeze the tubes aswell, then either use as lollies, or on days out so the yoghurt is still cool.
Also freeze pot's and take out a few at a time to use, so don't have to worry about use by dates.
