App to log meals & snacks (but not calories or individual ingredients)

I've been looking for an app where I can log my meals under the headings: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
I have used MFP on and off over the years but it's just not where my head is right now, I just don't want to spend that much time on it or get too obsessive.

I want something that is very simple and where I don't have to list individual ingredients, just my actual meals (eg, BREAKFAST: scrambled egg on soda bread. LUNCH: veg and lentil soup, boiled egg. DINNER: lasagne and salad. SNACKS: chocolate, crisps, biscuits 😂).
I'm not interested in knowing the calories/protein/fat/carbs.

I just want a bit of accountability, I know the meals that I should be eating and my aim is to keep myself on track and to be able to use an App to see at a glance what meals I've had over the week.
If the app can format what I've had for my breakfast each day into a glance sheet (and same with lunch/dinner/snacks) then that would be ideal. I can then use that to make sure that I'm not eating the same thing too often so I can eat a balanced diet over any given week.

Does anything like this exist?

Over the years I have used a spreadsheet or used NOTES on my iPhone but they don't work for me long term.

I’d also be interested in this - I can’t track calories etc as I’ve got a history of ED and know it leads me down a dark path. However I am starting some terrible habits and want to nourish my body with good food. If I can make a rough plan every day it takes away a lot of the agonising I do on a daily / hourly basis. Currently using notes but it’s not very easy!

Oviva app does this. It’s designed to support weight loss but by meeting nutritional needs rather than calorie counting.
