Vegetarian recipe that isn't lasagne, quiche

Vegetarian recipe that isn't lasagne, quiche or one pot. Needs to be relatively child friendly and ok for me (low carb and gluten free) but I can make do if I need to. Any ideas for an evening meal. Thanks!

I used to buy homity pie pie from Cranks for lunch in the late 80s. Delicious, but I think I gained a stone in a couple of months. I haven't thought about it in years ... and that's a good thing!

The Hairy Bikers have an excellent cauliflower curry recipe. Quite spicy so cut down the chili required. I’m sure you can google it.

Potaje de lentejas. Lentil stew, it usually has meat in the recipe but I just avoid it.

Ha, yes definitely substantial 😂 Reminds me of older style vegetarian cafes too, served with lots of little carrot salad, bean and grain sides. And a particular smell!
