Definitely go for 2 drawers. Good for doing different parts of a meal at the same time, smaller items etc… It can be useful to have a sync cook/finish setting to make sure both baskets will finish cooking at the same time, even if they need different cooking times or temperatures.

Rather than two drawers I love my ninja Speedi.
As well as air frying it grills, slow cooks, steam bakes, roads and makes 15 minute meals.
It's much more versatile than just an air fryer.

I bought this one (cook for just one person, sometimes two) and i love it! The two drawers are good because you can cook different things on different settings at the same time and the smaller drawer is handy if you have a small amount of food. I debated between this one and the Ninja with 2 drawers but this was cheaper and the reviews were good and I wasn't sure how much I'd use it when I bought it. I've used it absolutely loads, hardly put my oven on now unless I'm baking or cooking pizza or occassionally do a batch cook in the big casserole dish. Well we are an old couple and I have two Ninjas. One is the largest of the two drawers and we use that the most. It can do anything that a normal cooker can do but the only restriction is what you can fit in the drawers. This is restrictive sometimes such as when making a sponge cake or a pudding etc. Hence I bought the large one which allows you to remove the central partition and give you the choice of one whole area to accommodate larger items or to revert to two drawers. It depends on what you usually use your oven for and how big your cake or casserole dishes are. Think also where you could put it. You need to be able to attach to a point without an extension. You can swivel it along if need be. Shouldn’t be used under a cupboard so again swivel out while using. Good luck.

We have one big drawer and the most tricky bit is getting food out. I would think bigger drawer is better.

its a brilliant bit of kit. Get some little foil trays for things like fish or wet things. Mine fits my smallest cake tin in which is handy.

I've had my single-drawer Phillips for >8 years, & almost want it to stop working so I can buy a new one !
I'm the same as OP, just the 2 of us. I'll go for one with a divider that can work with 2 temps., or as 1 large drawer.
BTW, silicone liners are great, keeps the AF clean & they go in the DW.
