Lemon and caper sauce

I was just searching MN for a specific recipe for lemon and caper sauce. It's from about twenty years ago and was originally posted by Cod, a frequent flyer on the food/recipes forum. To my surprise I discovered all her posts have been deleted. Can anyone from the old days remember why? And does anybody still have her recipe?

Lemon Caper Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoon capers, drained and rinsed
4 tablespoons butter
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
PREPARATION:
If capers are large, chop.
In a small skillet, melt butter; add garlic, lemon juice, zest, and capers. Simmer over low heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in parsley. Remove from heat.

She used to post on the food threads all the time. I wonder what happened to her? Maybe she's still here and has changed her name?

I think when all posts are deleted its usually because the poster has completely deleted their account and asked for them to be removed.

I seem to recall she was part of a big crowd that there were some issues with and it all got messy and a bunch of people left or were kicked out.

If I'm thinking of the right person and time, honestly it was very tedious in reality. Lots of people very upset and accusations flying. It was all very odd for an internet forum.

Wow I had no idea! I wonder what set it all off?

What?

Yes, I think it was mouldies. Never understood it at the time and mostly just ignored the whole thing. I just remember Cod because I'd also enjoyed some of her posts.

Ah I see Mouldies is or was a poster on here?

I asked Chat GPT:

The “Moldies” saga on Mumsnet occurred around 2008 and involved a group of long-standing members who felt that the forum’s quality had declined due to an influx of newer participants. To create a space for more in-depth discussions, they established a separate, invitation-only forum referred to as the “Moldies” (a blend of “Mumsnet Oldies”). Membership decisions were made through internal discussions and votes, which led to feelings of exclusion among those not invited. When the existence of this exclusive group became public, it sparked significant controversy within the Mumsnet community, leading to extensive debates and, in some cases, lasting tensions among members.
