Soul GREENS

I wondered if anyone had tried souls greens? It's some sort of powder you mix with water or juice to get more nutrients in. I eat very few vegetables, usually only on a roast dinner. I got a special offer from Cult Beauty and thought I would try it - but though I would see if anyone had any experience of them.

Thanks

All those green Powders are very trendy, the most famous being AG1 , formerly athletic greens. It is just a multivitamin in the form of a green powder with an inflated price tag.
Taking a multivitamin pill and having an all greens salad would be more beneficial.

5grams of green powder a day is not going to do anything useful to your body.

As an adult woman you need 25g of fibre a day; the 1.3g in this magic powder won't cut it. Nothing else is going to be in a large enough dose to be useful either.

Spend the £1 a day on picking up Aldi's super 6 and a couple of tins of beans or lentils a week. A few portions of cabbage a week will do you far more benefit.

Thanks for the replies, it arrived today. I'll give it a go and see how I feel tomorrow.

If you like the taste, it may help you drink more fluids. Which can be helpful.
It is a darn sight cheaper than AG1.

The placebo effect is real, believe in it to get best value for money.
Use the month to think about how to eat more veg and fruit, or even smoothies.
