Pizza dough recipe that doesn't need to prove?

DC2 has a free choice lesson in Food Tech this week, and wants to make pizza. However the dough recipe I use takes too long to prove to get done in the lesson. Does anyone please have a tried and tested recipe for a dough that doesn't need to prove? Happy to have a dry run tomorrow but would rather get a recommendation first.

Self-raising flour and yogurt. About 2/3 to 3/4 the weight of yogurt to flour, so approx 75g to 100g flour, but it's very forgiving.

Mix to a dough, leave to rest for 5 mins, roll out. I usually dry-fry in a pan on both sides as it's like a flatbread, then top one side and grill to melt the cheese.

Can't it prove overnight and he or she can bring it in to school in the morning.

Or do they have to make everything in the lesson?

This
I add a little olive oil and salt too
I also dry fry or air fry as it’s quick but it works in the oven too

Delia Smith's scone pizza - quick, yummy. From a quick look the recipe isn't online unfortunately

Excellent, thank you all. We will probably have a dry run tomorrow lunchtime - quite looking forward to that!
