Non stick cookware recommendations please

I feel like I have such bad luck with non stick roasting trays, pans etc...they seem to last 5 mins before the coating comes away and I'm having to replace. Doesn't seem to matter if they're expensive or how I wash them. Is there a brand people recommend, or an alternative that I haven't considered? Wanting to get them before the Xmas catering! TIA.

I feel your pain. The only baking trays that have lasted for me are by MasterClass, they're looking a bit beaten up now but still have their nonstick coating. They're nice and heavyweight too. Judge frying pans used to be great, but I have a feeling that quality might have slipped. It's too soon to say on my little Ninja frying pan, but I'm crossing my fingers!

I only buy non stick frying pans and milk pans. All other pans are stainless steel - lasts for ever, can be chucked in the dishwasher or attacked with a scourer. Non stick is gently hand washed. I do have Scoville Neverstick baking and roasting trays, they seem pretty hard wearing. I think I got them in either Dunelm or TKMaxx.

I'm pleased with Stellar n.s. sauté pan; over 4 years old & as good as new.
It's supposed to be DW safe, but I only put the lid in & hand-wash the base.
Food residue just floats off.

I've also got a Scoville Neverstick frying pan. Less than 1 year old, but OK so far - but again I handwash.

My Neverstick frying pans (which admittedly I put in the dishwasher) basically disintegrated, both outside and in. I stored them carefully too.

I use Pyrex a lot because it washes easily in the dishwasher

Obviously you can't put non stick in the dishwasher because the coating eventually comes off
