Doesn't have to be labour intensive

I have become more than a little addicted with spicy noodles cooked in a milk broth with coriander and mozarella with spring onion on top and itsu crispy gyoza

Honestly it makes mouth literally water

Not my recipe of course

What about you?

That sounds amazing! Please can you link to the recipe?

I'd like to ask about the dish in your recipe-what's the flavor? Is it salty, sweet, or spicy?

That's what I'm having tonight - cheap noodles, chopped up broccoli, sweetcorn, left over roast chicken, itsu broth (not had before) couple of chicken bone broth cubes from m&s

I don't generally cook from recipes, but use them as inspiration.
The last twice I have used a recipe I did not like the results. One was a Jamie Oliver recipe and the other was Gary Rhodes.
The best thing I have ever cooked (no recipe) was wild boar in red wine along the lines of a boeuf bourgignonne with a bit of grated very dark chocolate and a tiny pinch of chili flakes in the sauce. Served with a green vegetable and a potato and celeriac puree, where I poached the vegetables in milk, then blended.

Not sure this is the best recipe I've ever made, but without a doubt, the best recently was Jamie Oliver's Grilled Miso Salmon with noodles from his latest book. It was so good, also easy and looked and tasted fantastic. I have never ever cooked fish for guests - but if I have anyone over in the next few months, I'll be doing it because it was that good and that good looking!

@NoNoNona your recipe sounds delicious !!
Could you possibly talk me through this with any more detail please?
I'm currently off sick and might have the time to try this
Purée of Celariac is one of our faves but never tried adding greens too thank you

A particularly memorable one is Julia Child’s chicken fricasse but using our own very fresh that day duck eggs. Amazing.

I’ve made it again since not using our duck eggs (sadly we don’t keep ducks anymore) and it was good, but not as good.

Very worth seeking out some very fresh nice yolky eggs.

This isn't very exciting but it's delicious and I always come back to it
