already learning spanish and italian

i like to cook and so does ds. we normally do biscuits cos they are fairly easy.

Ew!! According to Wiki it's hydrogenated veg fat but I always thought that shortening just referred to fat - butter, lard, veg fat (Trex/White Flora), marge.

Now that Trex is non-hydrogenated I'd go with that...

I like rich teas but I'd think they'd be hard to replicate - I always make shortbread if I'm doing biccies
