has anybody made these and frozen half the dough mixture for baking at another time?
she says her measurements make 25 stars, which is a bit much for our three person household.

I've made them ... and I have a sneaking suspicion that I made them and then froze them and that they were still surprisingly good after that!

I;m going to give it a bash this weekend. she says she lets half the dough mixture rest in fridge, so I'm guessing freezing won;t matter.

I've made them and they were so good I wouldn't have thought you'd have any trouble eating them all up between three - they are very thin and delicate, anyway.

But I don't see why you shouldn't freeze the dough.

Yes, but dd only has an 11 month old stomach!
will experiment this weekend.
any thoughts as to where to find star shaped cutters?

You can always use playdough cutters ... just as long as they're clean, variety being the spice of life and all!
