Does your toddler eat salad?

So my 3 year old is a good eater and recently has been eating salad with me when it is on my plate. This is only when I shred the salad to smaller pieces for him. I will add some into his sandwiches ect....

I've never actually given him salads or raw vegetables frequently as I tend to give him cooked vegetables.

How have people introduced salads to their kids? I don't mean chopped cucumber on the side, I mean actual salads with variation?

I was thinking of getting him to cut vegetables in the kitchen with me and to just let him nibble them or to make him a "big boy salad". Any ideas of how I can make this fun and take advantage of this recent change?

Sorry the title isn't accurate at all... I didn't realise, think I'm a bit tired.

My dc always enjoyed salads. Favourites while very small were chopped salad (cucumber, tomato, peppers, red onion) finely chopped and dressed with extra virgin OO and cider vinegar. They would eat it out of small bowls with spoons.
They loved pasta salads too.

Mine like slaw, I do variations but it’s basically shredded veg dressed with oil and vinegar. If you prefer a creamy dressing swap that in.

Mine enjoy a simple salad of chopped cucumber, tomato and lettuce. DH is Middle Eastern so makes a lot of salads like that.
