What to do with minute steak

I bought a load of minute steak from Costco and it's not all that nice but I don't want to waste it. Am thinking of making a pie with it but worried - do you think it will get dried out? What else could I use it for? Stir fry? TIA!

Either stir-fry or salad. Given the weather this week I would go for the stir-fry

Something like fajitas. Cook very quickly on a high heat.

Ooh yes, fajitas. The guacamole and salsa will help moisten any dryness.
