Can I use an extra virgin olive oil that has sunflower mixed in for my gluten free bread? Recipe asks for extra virgin olive oil

Of course! Use whichever oil you like.

Thank you. How do I reply back to messages or do I do what I am doing now? This is all new to me.

Are you using one of the apps or the 'desktop' (browser) version?

I'm using the Quote option in the iPad app here, which quotes your post. But it's often appropriate to use the Reply button (might be called add post in the browser?) to just add a post with no quoting. If you want to quote a bit of a long post the norm is to c&p that bit and then bold it.

And I'm sure your bread will be lovely - the choice of oil may affect the flavour a bit but probably not much.Smile

I added all my gluten free ingredients together and then used blender. I realized I was supposed to do by steps. It still looks like thick cake batter. Now I have been having it covered with plastic wrap sprayed with the stuff to keep from sticking and the towel over for 40 minutes I finally see it rising to the level I saw on the site. Is that okay? Will it still be okay after the oven? Oven set for 350 US and will leave in for 30.

Bread dough should look like a ball of airy, stretchy pastry rather than a batter unless you're making something like focaccia.

Some people make a batter and then add the rest of the flour.
