A huge bowl of noodles is my go to quick meal for my DH and luckily, one of his favourite things to eat.

I just boil up some veg in the pan for a few minutes This will be whatever I have to use up, usually peppers mushrooms, broccoli and carrots. I always add chopped garlic and chilli. I then add a packet of good quality noodles and sometimes some cooked chicken . I sometimes add a thin fried steak that has been marinated in soy sauce or a cooked salmon fillet. I garnish it with chopped herbs and sesame oil. A spoonful of peanut butter and/or some coconut milk can be a nice addition.

I love ramen. Some ideas, although not very traditional I love these. The beef one we have all the time as it's so quick, cheap and easy aswell as delicious
