Are you pregnant?

If you are, these are the NHS guidelines

Otherwise, I wouldn't worry!

Yes I am I was just wondering if I could have it the smallest bit pink as roast beef usually is anyway but cooked for longer so medium so a little pink but mostly brown inside

If you have ever owned a pet cat you are already very likely to have immunity to toxoplasmosis (the food borne parasite which is why rare meat is discouraged in our over-anxious pregnancy advice) and can continue to eat it with gay abandon.

id happily eat rare or medium rare roast beef from a reputable supplier in your shoes.
