I bought one as I thought in the long term it would be cheaper and healthier but if I'm buying a tub of double cream every time?

Looks interesting though.

Ate there any keto friendly desserts

I don’t have a ninja but I do have an ice cream maker. Most of my recipes are 300ml pot of double cream and about 200ml of blended fruit.

Another is 300ml pot of cream 100ml of milk 100ml of aldi maple syrup and pinch of salt.

I don’t add sugar to anything so tell myself it’s healthy due to that.

My favourite is a custard ice cream made with coconut milk.

I'd say it's still healthier than bought ice cream due to the lack of UPF.

Could you make frozen yogurt in it if you want to avoid double cream every time?

You can make anything in a creami. Literally anything-my favourite is a tin of pineapple chunks in juice and half a tin of coconut milk, blended and frozen, spun on sorbet, but you can use practically anything, including protein shakes, pre-made custard, soy milk, angel delight…have a look at some FB groups for inspiration. Ninja Creami recipes UK is a good one. Edit: I just noticed you said keto friendly. The creami is amazing for keto because you can just turn protein shakes into ice cream. Sweeteners also work really well so you can use stevia etc to keep sugar low.
